ISO 9001: What is it?
ISO 9001 is an international standard for Quality Management Systems. The standard is based on a number of principles which include:
- Strong customer focus
- Organisational commitment
- Continual improvement
Certification is a recognition of our commitment to quality, and that we have defined systems in place to assess, and improve, the quality of what we deliver to our customers and clients.
What does this look like at Codethink?
