We believe the bar needs to be raised when discussing software safety. Instead of discussing it in vague terms, we advocate a trustable approach to software design.
A trustable process can be audited at any point during the engineering process to assess its degree of trustworthiness. This is a much higher standard than is currently used. It provides a solid platform for establishing trust in a software-driven world.
